Britney Spears Legal Drama

Back on October 26th, Britney Spears was leaving a courthouse when the car she was in apparently ran over a deputy’s foot. And now the authorities are investigating the incident.

Yesterday, the LAPD issued a notice to the public that they were undertaking an investigation. This new case adds more hours to Brit’s lawyer’s paycheck, and more stress to her already crazy life.

A police spokesman told press, “We are aware that Britney Spears was leaving the courthouse. We are also aware that a deputy was injured, but we’re unable to confirm the details of the deputy’s injury because the investigation is in its initial stage.”

The tricky part is that police are having trouble substantiating who was driving the car. The spokesman added, “It’s unknown if (Spears) was the driver.” The deputy involved suffered “minor to moderate” injuries.
